The unexpected can happen: please let us know your cancellation in written form through an email. The effect of the cancellation in respect to the paid deposit are the following:
UP TO 45 DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN The cancellation will be free and the deposit will be sended back.
FROM 45 TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation will be done less than 30 days before arrival date then the deposit will be completely retained by the structure. The days of check-in and check-out are binding For late arrivals, early departures, unoccupied beds , the full amount will be charged, as enstablished in the moment of the reservation.
Only exception for not consumed meals.
Check-in has to be done starting from 1.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
The Check-out have to be done by 10 a.m.
